Panhandle Pipeline
Pipe water from lakes and well fields to every town, on a budget. Then make it through the drought.
·
How it works
- Drag across the map to lay pipe; drag over pipe to erase it. Pipe costs $1M a tile, or $3M to bore under I-40. Caprock can't be dug.
- Water adds up inside one connected network: every source joined to a network shares with every town on it.
- "Turn on the water" runs a normal year, then a drought year. Lakes shrink in a drought, and in later levels towns grow. Every town has to get all it needs in both years.
- Solve a level at or under par for three stars. 8 levels; each one unlocks the next. Your stars stay in this browser.
A game, not a record: the maps and numbers are invented. For the real thing, see where Amarillo's water comes from.
