On August 11, 2026 the council voted 4-1, with Councilmember David Prescott again voting no, to adopt Ordinance No. 8252 on second and final reading, granting Specific Use Permit 210 for an asphalt or concrete batching plant on Lot 2, Block 1, 66 Village Unit No. 2.[1]
