Fermi and TensorWave extend the lease closing date to October 31, 2026
Fermi said a first amendment moved the closing date of its data-center lease with TensorWave from September 30 to October 31, 2026. Closing remains subject to conditions including guaranties, board approvals and project-level financing.[1]
