Halff Associates hired to design the Playa 7 pump station ($2,425,000)
On the consent agenda approved 5-0, the council awarded Halff Associates $2,425,000 for design and construction services for a Playa 7 pump station and a force main down Soncy Road to West Amarillo Creek, from drainage bond proceeds. An August 25, 2026 amendment ($393,812) raised it to $2,818,812 after the force main route was moved next to Soncy Road.[1][2]
