The City's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program lists Surface Water Treatment (Osage Water Plant) projects including the chlorine system ($1,265,758), sedimentation basin improvements ($2,500,000 in FY2024), air scour for filters ($4,350,000), CPS 15 and 16 inverter replacement ($924,000), generators ($1,600,000) and Chem II building HVAC ($400,000), all programmed amounts.[1]
